2. The high cost of Internet services . Ukrainian Internet is expensive. And access, and hosting. Even so far we are so far away (we will keep silent again about the bourgeois). True, recently the situation has begun to change for the better, but somehow very slowly.
3. Relative poverty of the population . To become an Internet user, you need to buy a computer (which in itself is not cheap), for some reason it will connect to the network, and then also regularly pay for this connection (also not cheap, see paragraph above). All this requires significant financial costs, just because they have nothing to do, they can not try.
4. Lack of state support . The above three problems largely depend on government structures. These structures are still occupied with problems that are more important than increasing the availability of Internet technologies within the framework of the development of the Ukrainian information society.
5. Freelance and offshore . The development of Internet projects is suitable for remote work much stronger than the work of a hairdresser. Therefore, the majority of talented developers in the local market does not work, looking for more fish places.
6. Lack of a full-fledged electronic payment system . It is impossible to imagine e-commerce without the ability to quickly and safely pay electronically for something.
