Having read this , I decided to write about my indignation too.

I’m not so much indignant as I want to warn other TELE2 subscribers so that they closely monitor the execution of their requests.



Just now there were about 200 rubles in the account. I talk a little (besides, mostly favorite numbers) - about 10 rubles a day. Knockout tariff, i.e. all 89 kopecks, including 250 kb of traffic.

So two days later, I discovered that 150 rubles had been lost. Well, let's say that I talked for half an hour in two days - that’s 30 rubles (although this is VERY unlikely).

That is, removed 120 rubles.

I remembered that I used the Internet (no more than usual !!!), namely, I looked at the cinema repertoire, I read a couple of pages of Habra, I looked at 4 definitions in the dictionary. And all this with disabled images. Well, it could not work 40 megabytes (:



On the advice of Ulex (thanks to him) I ordered the account details. The results that came in the mail instantly surprised us a bit. In the “Data Transfer” section, it read “wap connection”.

I realized that this is somehow connected by updating the settings of the Internet connection through the SIM menu.

After talking with the support service, it turned out that sending a request to “configure gprs” via the sim menu (also known as the “TELE2 menu”) you receive the connection settings on the phone csd aka WAP, which is more expensive.



In support, they apologized and said that they would take note. They are, in general, not very right, selling



In general, I advise TELE2 subscribers to double-check their GPRS settings to avoid such problems.

The money is small, but "... for the power is insulting! ...".
