I use unlimited Internet from Megaphone, subscribers. A fee of 700 rubles is charged when the service is activated (for 30 days). This service was connected on May 23 and 700 p. from the account, and then on June 3, another 700, i.e. I paid for these 10 days of the Internet 1,400 p. There is a deep minus on the balance, the salary is not soon, the connection is one-sided. Internet speed 5-7 Kb / sec (so laugh).

Managers with a cheerful look began to explain to me that there was a change in charging for services, now not on connection, but from the 3rd to the 5th day of each month. Having stayed a bit out, I still came to my senses. And he began to sort things out is not so peaceful. Managers blamed the fact that subscribers were warned by SMS-notifications and on the site. The SMS came to me on the 27th, and the connection was 23. And then it turned out that some of the unused money could still be restored and for this it is necessary to file a claim. When making this, I had to listen as the manager shifts all the blame on me, but by that time about 5 people had accumulated in the office with the same problem. They promised to restore 537 rubles in the near future, not yet.
Moreover, I did not want to take the Internet for June, now I have to wait for the restoration of a part of the funds, top up the balance and use it, the Internet has been paid.
But not everyone will understand why the money was withdrawn, and reluctantly the managers told me that money can be restored. Why do operators do this? Be careful!
