How to teach yourself to get up at the same time

Many of us, trying to catch the fleeing time, improve the quality of sleep, trying to work out a schedule - come to the conclusion that we must get up at the same time (and the habit of going to bed at the same time will develop itself, automatically).



Of course, this time is for everyone. Someone is an owl, someone is a lark (and someone is a woodpecker, but not about them). Someone is more comfortable to wake up at 7 and get to work in 15 minutes, and not at 7-15 and get an hour, collecting all the morning traffic jams. Someone get up early and do not need at all, remote work at home or the second shift in the university. But all these people have a need (or, more precisely, a desire) to get up at the same, given time.

And here we all face an unexpected complexity: earned, 3 o'clock in the morning, can the alarm clock be translated later? And the day after tomorrow there is no first pair, you can also move it. Yes, yes, only for the day after tomorrow, only once - and then get up again every day on time. Yeah, shasss. Breaking up the habit of not getting up early is easier than ever.

So how to be? The decision came suddenly and forcedly, in the form of a PDA, which had a broken touchscreen, but the buttons remained to work (it turned out that soldering was too lazy).

As a result - without a touchscreen, you can turn the alarm on and off, you can change the melody, you can change the volume, the days of the week - but you can’t rearrange the time! (WM6.1, if to whom it is important - they can check it out). You can set the time only with the help of some tricks (for example, using BB and additional software).

And you can - yes, precisely, take advantage of these prevailing circumstances and start getting up at the same time :)

Of course, it is not at all necessary to kill PDA, unsolder the touchscreen. You can write a simple alarm clock that can be turned on - but it is very difficult to rearrange. Now, probably, I'll do it.

This is not a ready-made solution; rather, it’s the idea that efforts to rearrange the alarm clock should be very, very substantial. And then everything will work out.
