On June 1, the Yota network begins commercial operation in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The period of deployment and testing of the most advanced telecommunication technology of the 4th generation Mobile WiMAX is over.
We do this project with great enthusiasm. There are very few examples of practical implementation of the latest technologies in Russia, and the Russian Mobile WiMAX project is not only one of the few such projects in the world, but is also developing faster than others.

I want to say a big thank you to everyone who is already with us, who has become a Yota customer. Your support is already in the fact that you have chosen our service. Of course, not everything goes smoothly. But I hope you understand that we are solving incredibly complex tasks, and among the first ones in the world. And your help is extremely important to us - constructive comments, suggestions that can really improve our services, and just moral support.
So far, we have paid more attention to how to quickly and efficiently build a network, fill it with services, and expand the range of access devices. Attention to this will not be less, in particular, network coverage will continue to grow as fast as you could see this spring. But now the business begins and the Client is shifting to the focus of the project, with which we now have commercial relations. The client is our main landmark, and first of all we need to hear what our clients say.
There are various feedback channels for this - our contact center (they no longer only receive calls, but also conduct surveys themselves), a corporate website, a blog on Habrahabr, the Yota community in LiveJournal (I read it almost every day and sometimes even write there ). We will improve them because your active position is important to us. Tell us what you don't like or like in our work so that we can fix it or make it even better.
