Have pity for laptop owners

About half a year ago, a powerful banner from Microsoft hung on the Habré — it ate about 40% of the CPU (T5500), then I thought it was the limit of arrogance and negligence of flash banner developers and oversight from the administration of the resource. It turned out that the limit is much higher: for several months now I have been annoyed by the banner of RoboKassa, which eats up to 60% of the CPU. How this could have been done is a separate conversation, everything is clear there, the budget is 10 bucks, terms ... But why the administration of the resource completely refuses to establish the simplest rules for the placed banners - I just can’t understand. Any self-respecting and user-friendly banner-exchange network necessarily exposes conditions when placing flash advertising on the consumption of no more than 10% of the resources of an average office machine. And Core 2 Duo is a bit modern.

I waited a long time, I thought it would pass by myself, but this sneaky banner hangs and hangs. When I come across this banner, I have to reload the page, because the hum of the fan prevents quietly reading, and if the laptop runs on battery, it sits down instantly, even the video on youtube is less hungry.

I suggest the advertising department of this excellent IT resource to be attentive to incoming materials. And if possible, of course, remove this banner altogether.
