Motivation of staff, more precisely, of programmers

An interesting idea arose - if on the splashscreen or in the window “About the program” to list all the developers by name together with the areas of responsibility, will the quality of the product increase? :)

For example, in Adobe and do. "Titles" read - a pleasure. Some people even run pizza sometimes :)

And the developer will already think, to score on some kind of incomprehensible bug or not, because several thousand users will know exactly who left the joint in the program :)
