Where is better: in a large company or in a small one?

I work in a small company and everything suits me. There is a career growth, there is a possibility of self-realization, I have come up with something new and effective - please, implement it. Powerful servers, licensed software. And most importantly - a young friendly team and many beautiful ladies. Plus, a small staff turnover and no bureaucracy.

And where do you work (company / corporation), what are the pros / cons?
