Windows 7: Russian Language Pack
Microsoft has released an official translation of the Windows 7 interface into Russian. Also released localization on many European languages, including Ukrainian.
The update is downloaded and installed as “optional” via Windows Update (KB967828). Interface language is selected individually for each user of the system.
