Search on Habré

The next time I ran into the problem of searching in Habré. I wanted to publish a link to interesting news, searched, rummaged - there is no such. Published ... showered minus. I think what's the matter, not a single angry kament. Then I look in similar publications, the first link to the same news :( Why so? Why can't I search my search as the article arrives? How can I find out that my news is first?
