The film "Gamer", finally a worthy fighter with a plot about computer games?

This is a sci-fi film, whose actions take place in the near utopian future, where prisoners sentenced to death are given the opportunity to be released by the “Games”, the prisoners themselves will play the role of puppets in the hands of rich people. The role of the main character, John Tilman, will be played by Gerard Butler (known to us from films 300 and PS I Love You) convicted of a crime he did not commit, and will participate in this game to get an excuse. With each step, John Tilman, who will be watched by millions, will have to fight to gain freedom, to restore his identity and to overthrow the system that imprisoned him. In this he will be helped by a group of rebels, who consider this “game” to be highly technological slavery.
Despite the fact that the plot simply still consists of some clichés, for the action movie this was not once a hindrance. I hope the film will be as good as the trailer, and will increase the level of films of this kind (for it would be time already) .
Recently, a trailer for this film appeared in the network in tolerable quality, which surprisingly looks quite interesting, at least for an action movie.
