Random passers-by who witnessed the incident, were able to remember the numbers of his car. Employees of the Moscow traffic police in these minutes are searching for the car "Subaru Forester" with the state number "T 747 MX 199 rus."
To catch the offender in the city introduced a plan "Interception". The injured woman is examined by the doctors of one of the city hospitals.

Today, on May 21, I learned that materials are being transferred again and not even to the district administration, but simply to the district (his “native”) ATS, because he was not “on duty”.
9 days have passed. The case is not opened. He is free. All information comes in a drop, only after my requests.
I am afraid that this football will go on. I do not want it to remain secret. And I will do everything to get the truth and the court.
