Order on the desktop: the rescue program

In response to the topic on the order on the desktop .

The fact is that the programs that fit the description in that post exist. I quote:
The program (from user prompts) creates several areas, as in the screenshot, which automatically change size depending on the number of objects. The user can determine the position of the area on the desktop, and, possibly, set the size limit.

This condition is completely satisfied by the Stardock Fences: offsite that I have used for a long time.

However, the second part of the idea (quote: But the most remarkable thing is if the program knew how to sort objects based on the specified parameters. For example, if a shortcut is placed on the desktop, it is automatically placed in the shortcut area. ) The program is not able.
Perhaps someone will tell analogs;)
