Immediately I warn you not to kick on the choice of equipment, I was guided solely by my experience and availability of certificates for trouble-free design, subsequent examination of the project and handing over to RosSvyazKomNadzor. Here is the minimum set that I could recommend:

The best server in terms of price / performance with a certificate of CCC. Or, alternatively, the cheapest Inpro server is bought for legalization, on which the provider’s website for example turns, and the non-certified self-assembled one is used as the main server.
- Billing Netup UTM 5 - despite the many complaints billing UTM is the best solution for small and medium-sized providers. UTM is successfully operated in a variety of networks in Russia, with the number of subscribers from several hundred to tens of thousands of people. There is a certificate of CCC. Price ~ 21000r
- Powercom SMART KING XL SXL-1000A-LCD UPS is a low-cost certified 1000VA (600W) UPS that delivers the correct sine wave output (important for connecting server hardware) and has the ability to increase power by connecting additional batteries. Price ~ 16000r
