Interactive presentations with Starboard WT-1

The Starboard WT-1 Interactive Wireless Tablet from Hitachi Software announced the other day can be very useful for those who often conduct business presentations or lectures. This little thing can do a good service - to revive the boring slides that are usually shown at such events and add interactivity to the presentation itself.


A small in size and weight tablet (27 x 28 x 2 cm, 450 grams) connects to a PC via a wireless interface. By the way, up to seven such devices can be connected to the computer. The range is about 10 meters. You can control the tablet with a special stylus pen, which has two customizable buttons, as well as using 16 function keys located on the Starboard WT-1 itself.

So far there is no exact data on when exactly the Starboard WT-1 will be available, and how much it will cost. They will be announced at the exhibition InfoComm 2009 , which will be held in early June.
