North Korea entered the information security market

The Oin Information Technology Center at the Korean Computer Center developed the Cholpek computer security system (iron wall) and the Cholonson (impregnable fortress) personal firewall.

Cholpek is a system that protects local networks of companies or enterprises from external attacks on the Internet (hardware firewall). Its distinctive feature is the integration of various network protection functions and usability.

Cholpek and Cholonson are very popular in the IT market.

This is not the first development of the Korean Computer Center, which became known. Earlier, he had already developed a USB fingerprint authentication device, a universal USB hardware dongle, a USB-authenticated hard disk, and other USB security tools. Specialists of the center especially note high usability of these devices.

The center also mastered the development of integrated products, as well as multimedia applications for the Internet.
