FCC will check Internet providers

In 2005, the US Federal Communications Commission ( FCC ) approved four principles of “network neutrality”. According to them, providers do not have the right to reduce the speed of access to sites that do not want to sign with them a special agreement to speed up delivery. First of all, we are talking about “heavy” sites that load communication channels with a huge amount of traffic.

Now the FCC is going to verify that the providers of this neutrality. According to the results of the audit, it is possible that additional rules for the work of providers will be introduced.

I wonder how they will punish those who do not comply with these principles?
