Need help. Email Engine

Hello everybody.
Sori for oftop, but need help in choosing the engine to create and send large numbers of letters. not spam, just organizing social network mailing from scratch. I rummaged and found a mailman, maybe it will tell more others?

necessary features:
- Convenient interface for creating letters (storing and using templates, rich text, possibly other editing). The goal is not to typeset all letters in a notebook.

- the ability to tie letters to the crowns and events on the site (registration, post, etc.), respectively, tight integration with the database. flexible logic and mailing schedule
