Some time ago there was an interesting blogging platform npj.ru (now in read-only mode). Very sorry. Still, a combination of blogs and wikis allowed to accumulate information and manage projects, and not just discuss current news. Yes, and writing blog posts with markup is nicer than HTML. Nobody wants to revive the idea?
