Personal rating of articles

I do not know how anyone, but it seems to me uncomfortable rating articles on Habré. The reason is that the functionality can not be customized.

Very necessary settings I see 3:

1. The ability to choose an arbitrary interval for the most popular. What for? Then, for example, after a 10-day vacation, you can view only the popular for the week or for the whole month at once. Much will not fall into this list due to the fixed number of articles in the top. Hence the second wish.
2. The ability to set the number of displayed articles. What for? One of the reasons is named above. The second reason is often when there is a lot of interesting writing, in the top there are only articles with ratings far beyond a hundred, whereas articles with ratings from 50-70 are very interesting.
3. The ability to set the lower value of the rating, or the range of the top-bottom, for a given sample. What for? Let's say I would like to see all articles with a rating higher than 100 in the last 20 days, but I do not know their number, so paragraph (2) will not help much. Generally speaking, (2) and (3) are partially mutually exclusive things, but one could do both of them for convenience.

Why bother with all this if you have RSS? The fact is that after, say, a month's absence, to read the accumulated 1000 articles is unrealistic or very time consuming. And such a filter could greatly simplify the task.

I would also really like a personal filter of the main feed (and / or RSS-subscriptions) for keywords in the headers, but this is another wish, and it’s uncomfortable to wish for 2 things at once.

How much is it in demand, and (question to the developers) can this be implemented at low cost?
