The general theses are as follows:1. There are technical obstacles that prevent this setting from being returned.
2. Every time a
reply was published, Twitter had to check the status of the corresponding setting for all followers posted to determine whether to deliver it or not, which significantly loaded the server and caused delays in the delivery of messages and SMS.
3. Only 3% of users used this setting.
