Need a system administrator (for a couple of hours)

Once I wrote a topic with a couple of questions, but, to my disappointment, almost no one supported the initiative.

Now I want to put the question a little differently.

There is an idea to make a good service for monitoring server health. But, since we have little administration experience, we need a person (system administrator) who would allocate a bit of his time, looked at our interface prototype, polynchev him, told him that he wanted to add something to remove. And generally describe the ideal of such a service, as he sees it. Naturally for a fee.
