Added the function of importing letters and contacts from other mail services to Gmail

Import is supported for a large number of mail services, a list of which can be found here (there are no Russian ones yet).

This feature is available in all newly created accounts. In existing accounts, it will appear gradually (the “Accounts and Import” tab should appear in the settings).
