I apologize, maybe I’m writing to the wrong address, but, unfortunately, I didn’t manage to find a form or an address on the Microsoft website in the “Feedback” section where I could send my comment on working with Windows Mobile 6.1.
Probably, I am some kind of wrong user, but I’ve been using Windows Mobile-based communicators for the 4th year, and only in the last year I’ve probably made contacts 5 times (last time today). And every time this happens when using ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center. Probably, the root of my problem lies in the fact that I use the connection of the communicator to 3 computers, and the ActiveSync / Windows Mobile Device Center swears when the mobile device is connected to more than 2 computers. ')
But, nevertheless, a big request:
Please add functionality to the contact synchronization interface so that when you delete or change a contact, you are prompted to perform this action. You can at least optionally do it.
I also want that in ActiveSync and Windows Mobile Device Center you can explicitly set one-way synchronization of contacts. Now I’m even afraid to connect the device to the computer with the current contact database for synchronization, because ActiveSync can decide that the device has a more current database and erase the contacts from the desktop computer.
Please add to Windows Mobile the ability to import contacts from a file.
Please add the ability to cancel contact sync.
I hope you will not ignore my letter and pass it on to the developers, or tell me where I need to turn to resolve my problem.
