Usability and Communication (at the PR on the Internet Conference)

Today (05/13/09) Artem Berger and I spoke at a small PR on the Internet conference with a report on Usability and Communication, seeing the symmetry between PR communications (Company-Market) and interaction improvement (Product-Consumer): Product-derivative Companies, Consumer - Market representative.

In the report, we also revealed a little about the concept of “Engagement-Concentration-Action” that we started in our company, which was illustrated by the results of the just-completed eye-tracking research aimed at finding mechanisms for managing the user's attention.
