UI Designer is needed

A young start-up company is an independent developer of replicable software on the English-speaking market looking for a graphic interface designer.

The company consists of two partners (CEO, CTO), is based in Novosibirsk and financed from its own funds (bootstrapping). There is a business plan, a product prototype, potential customers and a great desire to start as soon as possible.

Product is an open source installable web application designed to collect and rank customer reviews by importance and is targeted at independent software developers.

Requires a person capable of:
1. Improve the graphical interface of the web application to a professional look;
2. Improve product usability;
3. Develop the design of the product website;
4. Select and, if necessary, refine the icons for the product, website.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is greatly appreciated.

Work piecework, hourly, remote, part-time. If the product succeeds in the market, full employment is possible. The first revenue is scheduled for the next six months.

As payment options are possible with installment payment and participation in the share. Ready to listen to your options.
