Internet Explorer 8 - disable "New tab page"

In Internet Explorer 8, when you open a new tab, a page with the inscription "What do you want to do next?" - I don’t really like it, and I don’t see any utility from it, moreover, JavaScript errors began to fall out on it (most likely due to the fact that it ran earlier versions of browsers under Xenocode ).
So this page is just enough to turn off - for this you need to go to Tools-> Internet Explorer settings, on the General tab we find the Tabs section and click Settings , in the new window we see DropDown " When a new tab is opened, open ", well, select A blank page , do not forget to save.
