The beta version of
Skype 3.2 for Windows has been released today and can be downloaded
here .

Here are the most important changes in this version:
Sending money via PayPal
Everything is very simple - the sender and recipient must have a PayPal account. If you send money to someone who does not have a PayPal account, they will be able to receive it after registration. This feature depends on where you live, since PayPal does not work in some countries. If it turned out that PayPal does not work in the recipient's country, you will not lose anything - the money will go back to your card.
Webcam SnapshotDo you have a webcam and you would like to use it to make a photo in profile? Thus, if you do not use video, people will still be able to see you. Previously, for this, you would have to use other third-party programs to take a picture, change its size and crop unwanted portions, convert to the desired format and only then place the picture in the Skype profile.
Lightweight account access
If you use our paid products, you can have Skype Credit, Skype Voicemail and one or more SkypeIn numbers. It is possible that you bought something or called using SkypeOut. From time to time you look at the history and, perhaps, buy new services. Previously, it was necessary to go to your profile from the program site. Now a much easier way has appeared: to get detailed information, click on the “View Account” button in the Skype client.
Import contacts from various sourcesNot everyone now has Skype, but you can do it with your friends. Previously, you could use your Outlook and Outlook Express address book to import contacts — now you can update contact information from Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, and Gmail. To do this, you only need to specify information from the mailbox account. Also import contacts will help you find your friends among the base of users of Skype.
