Why the festival? Because this is not an ordinary programming contest or a course of lectures on the basics of computer networks. This is an interactive event that lasts 3 days (!) But the true essence of the DE: CODED festival is a meeting of like-minded people, people who are not indifferent to the field of information technology, real professionals of the computer business and ordinary IT fans. A unique opportunity to exchange views and ideas, meet interesting people from all over Ukraine. We create a platform for your communication!
Many such festivals are held annually in Europe and to some extent the DE: CODED festival by their follower, an analogue in the open spaces of Ukraine. But on the other hand, the peculiarity of the Ukrainian version of the festival is that it is, so to speak, “adapted” to the features of modern computer Ukraine. That is, besides the usual for such festivals competitions in the field of demo, graphics, video, we focus on those topics that are popular with us in Ukraine. For example, a series of programming competitions, competitions in web design, information protection, flash-animation and much more.
An important component of the festival is the selection of original and non-standard seminars, the purpose of which is to provide additional and useful knowledge to the audience. Enchanting show will capture the spirit of the participants of the festival. You can see the extreme overclocking of computers, nitrogen show, assembly of robots, the demo stage and much more.
In addition, our distinction is the organization of the entertainment part of the festival. On the European stage, this is usually a competition in computer games of a different class, genre and popularity. In our case, this, in addition to the same virtual gaming battles, is also “live contests, such as a relay race with monitors, refilling the printer blindly, composing speed for keyboard disassembled and much more :)
Anyone can take part in the festival. To do this, you should register on the site and bring your computer with you.
You can also come to the festival as a spectator, but, unfortunately, without a computer, you will not be able to take part in most competitions.
