Google Pack is now looking for viruses and trojans

Google has updated its free software suite ; now it includes Norton Security Scan from Symantec and the initial Spyware Doctor edition from PC Tools. Earlier, Google Pack included Norton Antivirus, which after a while began to show ads, now the set of programs has become really free. Both programs include schedulers to run on a schedule and update their databases via the Internet. Programs are included in both the American and the Russian version of the Google Pack.

As part of the Google Pack, Skype continues to be included as “optional” software, and even Google Talk is not included in the Russian version. Strange ... although it was already discussed here.
