reSizer

I was looking for this program for a long time. I do not know why, but I found it only today.
There are many analogues, I have tried almost everything and not one but this one did not satisfy my needs (some are paid, others are heavy, the others do not have the necessary functionality).
Finally I found what I was looking for - the reSizer program. This utility allows you to manage the size and location of windows in windows using hotkeys .
This functionality is needed mainly for those who have large monitors (24 or more) or who work with several monitors at the same time.
It is difficult to overestimate the usability of a large monitor, when one half shows the result of the program, and the other source code. Or the manual and code, or icq and browser, layout and photoshop, video and document - you can continue indefinitely.



The utility does not add any icons to the window menu; it manages windows through hotkeys :

Win + Arrows : Move Window
Win + Shift + Arrows : Move window accurately.

Win + NumPad 1 : move to the bottom left corner
Win + NumPad 2 : move to the bottom in the middle
...
Win + NumPad 9 : move to the upper right corner

Win + NumPad 0 : Expand \ Restore
Win + NumPad. : Collapse

Win + Backspace : Move to the next monitor

Win + Ctrl + Arrows : Resize
Win + Ctrl + Shift + Arrows : Exactly resize

Win + Ctrl + (a sequence of 2 NumPad numbers) : Resize with a hit in the segment. First the first overlapping segment is entered, then the last one.
For example, to resize and occupy the upper right quarter, you must press Win + Ctrl + NumPad 5 and Win + Ctrl + NumPad 9 in order. To take the bottom half, you must press Win + Ctrl + NumPad 1 and Win + Ctrl + NumPad 6.

Win + NumPad * : switch to "on top of all windows"
Win + NumPad / : switch transparency
