Links that indicate an action with or without page reload.

In my opinion, in today's Web, you just need to enter a standard for the cursor, which says about the accomplishment of an action with or without page reload.

Due to the lack of such a standard, I personally have to think about whether to click on this link or not. They are no different ... they are also underlined, and everywhere the cursor is “hand”. A trivial example is the “Add Comment” link. There may be many variations of actions when you click, but how can I understand what exactly will happen on this site by clicking on this link - it is not clear.

Partially saves the status bar in the browser, but it is inconvenient and does not always help. Need to do something…
