Search form in the right corner

Long searched the search form. Found in the upper right corner. There is not a single word that this is a search by Habr.

I propose to make either a small title or a caption for the button, or, as a last resort, the title “search” for the button.

It would be nice to put the focus on the search text field, it is not very convenient without this useful thing.

And the form is in clear dissonance with the tag cloud below on the main and with other blocks on the inner pages (right alignment).
