What happened to rsdn.ru?

I haven't been able to connect to rsdn.ru for several days. If he hadn’t just pinged before, he noticed today that the domain name cannot even be found via DNS. Whois nonetheless indicates that the name is REGISTERED and DELEGATED. Does anyone know what happened to the RSDN site?
