Final release of GPLv3 is expected in early July.

The Free Software Foundation has announced a plan for completing the GPLv3 license. On March 28, the organization will submit a third preliminary version for discussion within 60 days. Then it is supposed to publish the final text, comments will be accepted for 30 days. Shortly thereafter, the final version of the document should be adopted.
