Skype for legal entities

Skype is probably a very convenient thing. (We will not touch on the issue of security and other IT issues) But if you look from the point of view of use in an organization in Russia, one big headache.
You cannot conclude an agreement with Skype - eBay (the current owner of Skype) does not have representative offices in Russia, does not receive acts and invoices, does not issue an invoice for the organization, you can pay only as an individual (you can immediately charge money or cash out offshore). Yes, and to pay without passing through one or two intermediaries will not work, by each unfastening a small but a commission.
This will probably change with time - you can remember how much of the head-piece delivered earlier accounting and payment for mobile phones.
