Most recently, I ran into a problem: after meeting with a client, we still had different pictures in my head, for example, according to him, I offered hosting for the X price, although I remember saying 2X. I actually called the price X, but that price was a month ago when we first started talking about the site. A few moments left different touches on our paintings. All this has led to the fact that there is less trust in the relationship with the client.
What's next? I wrote down my mistake in a notebook and concluded: when I call some prices or say what will be done, I will continue to write everything down: how much it costs, for what. It makes sense to write down any word of your own and the context in which it was said. Such a kind of meeting minutes. (And if about the prices, then it is generally better not to call them, but to show an estimate. In this case, the price does not fly somewhere in the air, but is known to you and the customer).
What am I for? In addition, it is very useful to learn from mistakes. I hope my experience will relieve someone from the problem. And in order not to end this one topic, I propose to create a blog "Learn from mistakes." In my opinion, learning is best. I myself can not create a blog (not enough karma), so there are two options: raise my karma or let the blog create someone else. It is indecent to ask to raise karma, so whoever wants to - create.
