How to get with your press release on the pages of news sites and inform. agencies?

There is a reason for information (a normal one, not spam, though without scandals and intrigues). Press releases were sent to nowhere, it seems. The names in the event were known, did not save.

I wonder if anyone had any experience of slipping (focused) on such sites as ria, gazetara, lenra, etc. (music column) without money and friends?
