It seems to me that programmers have come up with some special conspiracy against managers.
when I do programming most of the time, my eyes are fine - nice light blue letters that distinguish comments, variables, standard functions, pink-purple (blonde's dream!) letters of SQL queries, regular expressions and other string constants on a black background (I work with vim, although I always loved emacs for the ability to easily and easily on the lisp expand the capabilities of the editor, and not just write macros).
but as soon as I manage, my eyes and head start to hurt by mid-day. all because of these horrible white windows with black text. ')
I think this is a conspiracy.
update: or vice versa - a conspiracy of managers against programmers. they specifically asked for such inconvenient colors to be done so that programmers did not become managers and thus did not step them up.
