Source codes of Kaspersky Anti-Virus leaked?

Recently, an interesting topic about selling source codes of one of Kaspersky Lab products was noticed at one popular hacker forum, according to the seller, Kaspersky Antivirus 2009. Later, the topic's author added a message about selling the source codes of the product (s) of the Kaspersky Lab ). Presumably, the source codes could have been stolen from one of the European partners of LC.
An attempt to ask a question to the staff of the LC regarding the incident at the official forum was naturally ignored, and the corresponding topic was promptly deleted.
