Creating a team of programmers. Where to start?

Recently, I got the idea to make one project. The project on my opinion is not simple, but very interesting. Soberly assessing my knowledge - I realized that I myself would not pull. There are no people with adequate knowledge and who inspire confidence. It was decided to create and educate a team of 6 people for the future. For 6 months, they must adequately understand each in their field. It is necessary to divide the load, so that an equal amount would fall on each one. What you need to know: Html, Javascript, php, Mysql, Java, Actionscrit, C #, C ++, Delphi, Pascal, Assembler, Basic, Microsoft Access, Ruby on rails, Silverlight, Windows administration and Freebsd. What books or materials will you advise on each of the areas? Where to start? What should everyone know?
