Hackers stole the data of the most expensive project in the history of the Pentagon

Again, the US government "suspects China" of attacking its computer networks.

This time, someone broke into the data on the Joint Strike Fighter project and dragged several terabytes (!!!!) of information in an unknown direction. The project itself is the development of a new generation of aircraft (the second name of the project F-35 Lightning II). The cost of the project is a record for the Pentagon and amounts to 300 billion dollars.

The Wall Street Journal quotes the military, pointing out that the “Chinese footprint” is suspected, but it’s likely that the tracks were intentionally confused.
