Google (unofficially) become the number one torrent for torrents

I also want to discuss torrents and free information. Here are my arguments based on several western sources.

As you know, one of the arguments of those who defend and support The Pirate Bay in recent trials is the fact that representatives of the entertainment industry (or, more simply, prosecutors) prosecute something that, in fact, resembles a search engine. Agree, a torrent tracker without a search would just be withered. Recently it became known that someone using Google Custom Search Engine has created a fairly advanced search engine for torrent trackers .

The idea, as you understand, is not new, because anybody could implement it without using any extra new tools, but could limit it to simple queries (Enter what you want to find, for example “The big bang theory” and add filetype: torrent ). This means that you can no longer go to the torrent trackers, download the content you are interested in, using only Google Search!

What turns out, Google every day violates a bunch of rights associated with the license and, therefore, the search engine number one can also easily get a claim that they do not comply with copyright? And knowing how much people are greedy, then most likely it will happen soon.
