Japanese-speaking comrades, why is there no Russian translation? ;)Plot
The author himself describes his manga as “Romantic school comedy about Ubuntu” (Ubuntu romantic school comedy). Manga tells the story of the school club sis. admins.
3The club consists of three people.
- Akane is the club's president, a real red-eyed linuxoid, for which there is only a console and Slackware .
- Masato is a club vice president, a hardened winery. He loves Windows XP and Japanese erotic games :).
- Risa is a kind, quiet girl. Prefers Mac OS X.
Needless to say, in such a heterogeneous computer club, holy war between Akane and Masato are constantly going. Especially, the situation worsened when the club spent its entire budget on a new four-core computer and the pressing issue of choosing an operating system arose.
Risa, tired of disputes between his friends, invites them to install Ubuntu. According to her, it is as simple as Windows and still is Linux.
True story and the manga itself is quite simple, interest outside the Ubuntu fans are unlikely to represent.
Notes
[1]
Manga - Japanese comics. Content, unlike the format, is usually different from American comics. Manga is designed not only for children and usually the content is more complicated than the fight against world evil.
[2] CC-BY-NC prohibits commercial use, so it does not give all the “4 freedoms” so Stallman can call it free.
[3] In Japan, all students voluntarily-forcibly visit some club in the school after class (kai). This is either a sports section, or literature, and so on.
