Coworking at the resort

It is interesting, what the Petersburg habra publicity thinks about the organization of a co-working house in the suburb of Petersburg?
The resort is almost Karelian forests, somewhere near a reservoir, a courtyard, separate rooms, a shared kitchen, centralized heating / gas / water / electricity, 5 km to the Ring Road.

I would like to hear the opinions (and wishes) of not only potential consumers \ tenants, but also investors, if they suddenly read this post.
