Java with MatLab

I apologize for writing here, but blocks, mailings and forums no longer help. And in Google I have a life ban.
The task is to wind the Swing interface on a computational model made in MatLab. But I can’t do this integration. There is MatLab Builder JA, there is a badly documented library like JMatLink . But all this ultimately does not suit me. Although the Builder is official, I find errors even in the official manner (not correctly written test examples). And JMatLink has disgusting documentation and it is more likely to execute a small Matlab code, and I have a pretty big model with a bunch of interrelated functions.

Has anyone done this integration ?! If, yes, please share your experience, at least in the form of links.
