the participants of the Top Alert team from Volgograd State Technical University took the stage

Their project, a software and information security system , is a complex of GPS, GLONASS, and SMS alerts.



Some possible applications of the system:

• Control extreme hikes

• Confronting terrorism
• Maintaining vital functions in case of a threat to health

The project is certainly important, but difficult in the near future, that the judges have stressed several times.

The essence of the project is to create a truly electronic money, not payment receipts.




thus, the simultaneous achievement of complete anonymity of users and the possibility of mutual settlement without the participation of the banking side were achieved. Anonymity is provided by mathematical methods and guaranteed to law-abiding citizens. Compact storage technology allows you to realize a wallet, even non-smart cards or SIM-cards

They were followed by a team of Vital Lab from NSU them. N. I. Lobachevsky with the Viva project

They decided to solve the problem of the spread of infectious diseases.

they divided this task into three

Viva Health Tracker - with the help of machine learning algorithms allows you to identify a risk group.
Viva Pesthole Finder finds a source of infection based on the risk group data.
Viva Alert, an alert system consisting of Windows Gadget, a web portal and applications for mobile devices, immediately informs people about the danger.





The system is scaled within the region, country, world.
Currently, the system is being implemented in the Nizhny Novgorod Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, where it is planned to test in real conditions
