What Google never told you about AdSense earnings

My friends gave me the idea to translate a book on earnings to Google Adsense “What’s google?” By Joel Komm (7MB).

The original takes about 200 pages.
The translation takes 7 times less, so it is easy to read, there are a lot of pictures in it (almost all the pictures are saved).

What is Google Adsense, how to get started and select ads, customize the appearance of ads and pages. These are not chapters from the Adsense Help, but rather tricks that Google itself does not report.

I tried to throw out of the translation all outdated links, outdated information, etc.

During the translation process, the click-through rate on my site has risen from <1% to about 3% (in between cases), and I think that a further increase is possible.

The book is not about how to increase traffic (although it is very important in the case of Adsense), and how to optimize what is to increase revenue. And to raise the percentage of clicks n times is much easier than the traffic as many times, so you should not neglect optimization.
