The day before yesterday’s
report on Google’s financial results , Eric Schmidt mentioned that now with Android phones, 8% of all web page views on mobile phones occur. In the comments went questions - but what about opera, simbian, and so on?
Unfortunately, it was not possible to find free statistics on mobile views. But there is a schedule of mobile operating systems around the world
for February :

')
As you can see, then the Android had 6%, slightly less than the WM. According to Eric, Android is now in second place. Under Java ME, most likely, Opera Mini is most often meant.
This is not a graph of the number of phones; This is a graph of the number of page views. And as the former owner of the Nokia 6110, and now the owner of the G1, I can say that the number of page views for me personally has increased tenfold. :)
Some interesting facts from Robert Dotson, top manager of T-Mobile USA:
1.
80 percent of G1 owners go online daily.2. 80 percent of G1 owners download applications from Market at least once a week. On average, every G1 owner downloaded> 40 apps.
3. The average G1 user consumes 50 times more mobile traffic than other mobile phone users.
4. Most G1 owners use Facebook and YouTube at least once a week.
5. Half G1 owners use Wi-Fi daily.
6. T-Mobile has ordered a total of about 1.5 million G1 handsets.
