It so happened that with the arrival of a wide channel with the Internet in our house, we began to go out less and spend more time at home in front of the computer, sitting our ass. Why not stroll along the streets of your city in the evening, and learn new places? As a cyclist, I often feel the need for new interesting cycle routes. With the advent of satellite maps in the public domain, it is much easier to share an interesting route and learn new ones.

It is necessary to implement a mechanism for the exchange of users of routes, which will allow them to learn new places, find companies for walking and cycling, walking, walking with children, by car and on rollers. Only the people who passed it can indicate an interesting and relevant route, therefore the content of the site lies entirely on the users.

Each route has a set of details by which you can learn as much information as possible about it:
- description
- type (foot, led, rollers, cars, children, photos)
- atmosphere (industrial, natural, sightseeing, wedding)
- conditions of passage (time of year, weather)
- difficulty passing
- travel time
- user ratings and comments
- list of users who have passed the route
- necessary for passing things (galoshes, studded tires)

The general mechanism of working with maps can be combined with competitions held on the site. For example, on a route pre-selected by users, a search for the treasure provided by the sponsors of the site is arranged.

Using geocoding, it will be possible to determine the nearest routes to the user's home and show the distance to the beginning of the routes.

Some of the ideas have already been implemented for large cities - Moscow, St. Petersburg and Samara, but the quality of implementation leaves much to be desired.
